NFL and Trump

NFL and Donald Trump

The President did it again. Read the piece of news and answer the questions:
-Why did Stevie Wonder support the NFL players? How?
-What did Trump say and why?
-What is your opinion on the issue?

  1. -Because he´s totally against Trump´s thoughts about brutality towards black people. He decided to a knee for America while he was performing in New York´s Central Park.

-He said that players who had knelt to support black people were all of them `son of bitches´. The main fact is that Trump doesn´t feel really connected to black people in any way.

-In m view, he deserves to be called as an (assh...).At the beginning I believed he was playing the rough man role, but I still think that everything he wants is to harm their own country. Maybe he has a kind of mental disorder or perhaps he enjoys being evil. Despite all of this, the United States president is plotting something. Is it for the good for their country? we´ll know sooner than we actually think and unfortunately it might be too late.

  3. 1- Because players were criticised by Donald Trump for kneeling on the field during the national anthem.
With the help of his son Kwame Morris he knelt down on stage before saying a prayer for "our planet, our future, our leaders of our world"
2- He said that players who have knelt, sat or raised fists to protest police brutality against black people were sons of bitches and should be fired.
3- I think the president shouldn't insult and he should show respect for black people. Moreover, as the news says, I think that sport should join us and not to separate.

1- Stevie Wonder supported the players because there has been racism and discrimination with people of color since ancient times in USA and it has not changed with Donal Trump, it only is worse because he does not support them.
He knelt imitating a NFL player to say that he agreed with the campaign against Trump and because the death of some police officers
2- Trump called them "sons of bitches" and he said that they were fired. He doesn´t have any sense of affinity with these people, he just thinks of money, war and women like we can see every day
3- My opinion is that there should be a president with another way of thinking in the twenty-first century because it is a big country with a big power of war
This situation with Trump has the title of a song of Amy Winehouse : "Back to Black"
